We at JS Enterprises whilst only a small company, take our environmental responsibility seriously. We feel that if every business or organisation can play their part in minimising the impact of our activities on the environment then between us we can make a real difference.

Naturally, where applicable we conform with all relevant European and UK regulations so all of our own brand Asiastar charger products are approved to the recent RoHS and WEEE regulations. Not only does this help to eliminate dangerous materials from the supply chain but it also helps to improve the supply base for these products worldwide.

In addition to meeting the government regulations we have also reviewed all of our activities to see how best we can become more environmentally friendly.

A good example of this is our move to predominately printed box style packaging, where we not only use recycled card at the point of manufacturer but also aim to make the packaging 100% recyclable when it reaches the customer. At the same time whilst developing the packaging we consistently aim for the smallest achievable dimensions whilst maintaining good point of sale visibility. This packaging reduction policy pays dividends all the way through the supply chain reducing the amount of transport miles per item which is especially important when the majority of the products we supply are transported by air cargo.

JS Enterprises will continue to review all of its operations to look for the most environmentally friendly solutions where possible. We fully intend to make the best use of technology to look for solutions for instance to reduce individuals travel requirements.

We firmly believe that even the smallest business can make a difference and shall continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint.
